The Town Residence Association Chalakudy (TRAC) was established in 2022 (Reg no: TSR/TC/586/2022) with a vision to create a unified platform for all residents of Chalakudy. We are a non-profit, non-political organization that works tirelessly for the betterment of our community.  Our association brings together people from all walks of life, fostering harmony, cultural exchange, and collective progress. We believe in the power of community and the strength that comes from working together towards common goals. Over the years, TRAC has grown to become one of the most respected resident associations in the region, known for our transparency, dedication, and impactful community programs.

The TRAC Community is a vibrant and close-knit association comprising 96 families, with our community continuing to grow each year. Built on the values of unity, mutual respect, and service, TRAC provides a platform where families come together to foster lasting relationships, preserve traditions, and support one another. Our association is guided by a dedicated team of 5 Executive Leaders who provide vision, direction, and leadership to the community:

Supporting them is a committed team of 15 Executive Members who play a vital role in organizing events, coordinating community initiatives, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the association. Their dedication, teamwork, integrity, and willingness to serve help strengthen our community and make every activity a success. Together, the Executive Leaders and Executive Members work tirelessly to promote unity, encourage participation, and create meaningful opportunities for members of all ages.
